Let us get started by trying out Cinnamon Banana Spring Rolls that have Caramel Dots and Cream. All you need is oil, bananas, cinnamon, spring roll wrappers, whipped cream, vanilla sugar, chopped nuts (optional), and caramel sauce. Make the caramel sauce before the preparation of rolls. Peel the bananas depending on their length and cut them in half. You may also take a bit off of one end of the banana and put the ends together to make another roll. Place the banana at the corner of the wrapper, sprinkle it with cinnamon, a tiny dash of vanilla sugar (or regular sugar will do), and begin to roll the banana up, folding the sides of the wrapper. Wrap it as tight as possible. Now, fry the roll until it turns golden brown. For the meantime, chop the nuts and whip the cream. Heat-up the syrup and form dots or just drizzle on the top once plated. You can add a scoop of vanilla or coconut ice cream, or you may dust it with cinnamon, cocoa powder or powdered sugar, if you prefer.
